Boatpedia is operated by Nemo App Pte Ltd. By using Boatpedia, you agree to use the service lawfully, keep account information accurate, and respect source, owner, builder, and contributor rights.

Boatpedia may change, suspend, or remove features when needed for safety, reliability, legal compliance, or product improvement.

Public facts and source material

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boatpedia may observe, collect, record, normalize, analyze, index, compare, and display factual information that is lawfully public, publicly accessible without login, paywall, CAPTCHA solving, authentication bypass, hacking, or active block evasion, supplied by users, supplied by partners, or otherwise available to Boatpedia.

Factual information may include boat make, model, year, specifications, listing status, asking price, currency, location, source URL, source listing key, source name, observation timestamp, price movement, and derived market signals. Boatpedia does not claim ownership of third-party marks, photos, original listing descriptions, protected source page layouts, or other third-party expressive material.

Acceptable use

Users may not use Boatpedia to attack, overload, reverse engineer, scrape at abusive rates, or bypass access controls.

Boatpedia data may be used for personal research and permitted integrations. Bulk reuse, resale, model training, or republication needs written permission unless a separate license says otherwise.

Public availability of Boatpedia pages, API responses, source links, market signals, or factual displays does not grant permission to bulk copy, mirror, republish, scrape abusively, train models on, resell, or reconstitute Boatpedia databases, rankings, normalized records, or derived price histories.

• Do not automate account creation, spam submissions, or manipulate reviews and listing activity.

Listings and market observations

It is free to list a boat on Boatpedia. Premium placement, highlights, sponsored boosts, and partner packages may be offered separately and must be clearly labeled.

Every direct listing should be accurate, current, and authorized by the owner, broker, builder, dealer, or appointed representative. Boatpedia may review, edit, reject, demote, or remove listings that appear inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, unsafe, duplicate, or stale.

Boatpedia may show public factual observations about third-party listings, including source name, source link, model, year, price, location, status, observed date, and price movement. These observations are used for indexing, comparison, saved searches, alerts, and price-history reporting.

Boatpedia market observations are not offers to sell, broker advertisements, appraisals, endorsements, or a substitute for the original listing source. Owners, brokers, marketplaces, and rights holders may request correction, attribution review, de-indexing, or takedown review through support.

• Use real photos or clearly identify stock, brochure, or builder images.
• Disclose price, location, taxes or VAT status where known, and listing role.
• Update sold, under-offer, unavailable, removed, or changed listings promptly.
• Do not list stolen, encumbered, unsafe, counterfeit, or unauthorized vessels.

Ads and sponsored surfaces

Boatpedia may show modest and rare advertising. Sponsored placements should be recognizable, separated from editorial records, and limited enough that research remains the primary experience.

Boatpedia may offer paid listing highlights, premium seller tools, builder profile upgrades, newsletter sponsorships, and clearly labeled ad slots.

• Sponsored or promoted placements must be labeled.
• Ads may not imply Boatpedia endorsement unless a separate partnership says so.
• Unsafe, misleading, illegal, or low-quality ads may be rejected or removed.
